Payment

30 Days Nett.

Interest on Outstanding Payments

If any sum payable is not paid when due for example, that sum will bear interest from the due date until payment is made in full at 4% above Natwest Bank Plc base rate from time to time and the Company will be entitled to suspend delivery of subsequent Orders and any agreed discounts until the outstanding amount has been received.

Bulk Purchases

Discount is available on Bulk Orders, please contact the Sales Office.

Special Quotations

Quotations for specific requirements are available, please contact the Sales Office.

Export Customers

All prices quoted are Ex-Works and do not include additional charges as appropriate.

Carriage

Paid on orders over £65.00 UK Mainland unless otherwise stated.

Carriage Extra

Carriage will be charged on First Aid Room Furniture and large items of equipment. Carriage to Northern Ireland, Eire, will be quoted at the point of orders.

Prices

Will be those ruling at date of despatch.

Title

Title in the goods does not pass until payment is received in full.

V.A.T.

Will be charged at 20%.

Alternative Goods

Goods are subject to availability, in the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. An alternative will be offered or a full refund will be given where payment has already been received by the Company for those Goods.

Returns Policy

Approval and returns authorisation must be obtained from First Aid Kit Store before the Goods can be returned. Unauthorised Goods will not be accepted.

The Purchaser shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify sales@firstaidkitstore.co.uk  within 3 working days of receipt if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Purchaser fails to do so the Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. All claims must be submitted by email within 3 working days of receipt.

A returns form will emailed to you for completion and return with Goods.

Non stock items ordered specifically to a customer's requirements will only be accepted for credit if the Goods do not conform.

 WARRANTY AND WARRANTY PERIOD

Goods are supplied according to the descriptions and specifications given in the relevant and current brochures of the Company. The Company gives no warranty and makes no representation as to the suitability of fitness of any goods for any particular purpose unless expressly given or made in such brochures or websites.

In the event that an item is defective within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended from time to time) the Company reserves the right to replace or repair the goods as an alternative to refunding the purchase price, at its absolute discretion.

Claims will not be considered where:

    •    The goods have been improperly altered in any way whatsoever, or been subject to misuse or unauthorised repair;
   
    •    The goods have been opened, partly used or the seals or labels have been removed or tampered with;
    •    The goods have been damaged by fire, water, smoke or chemicals;
   
    •    The goods have been specifically ordered by the Customer and are not stocked by the Company;

    •     Any instructions as to the storage of the goods have not been complied with in all respects;

    •    Any returned goods must be accompanied by a returns note, which the Company will supply to the Customer upon request. Failure to do so will render any claim for credit null and void. Any credit will only be raised after satisfactorily passing inspection by the Company's distribution centre.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
