Returns Policy

Approval and returns authorisation must be obtained from First Aid Kit Store before the Goods can be returned. Unauthorised Goods will not be accepted.

The Purchaser shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify sales@firstaidkitstore.co.uk  within 3 working days of receipt if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Purchaser fails to do so the Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. All claims must be submitted by email within 3 working days of receipt.

A returns form will be emailed to you for completion and return with Goods.

Non stock items ordered specifically to a customer's requirements will only be accepted for credit if the Goods do not conform.

First Aid Kit Store reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 15% handling charge for all consignments delivered to customers, which are refused without reasonable cause.

First Aid Kit Store is under no liability to accept any goods for return but where written consent is given a 15% handling charge will be applied to the goods returned except in the case of faulty goods. Returns will only be accepted with a written authorisation form available from First Aid Kit Store. Credit will not be issued for goods returned in an unsaleable condition. 

No claims can be made for damage or deficiency unless First Aid Kit Store is notified in writing within the times specified:

Non-delivery -within 14 days from date of invoice.

Damage or deficiency - within 3 days from receipt.

Goods MUST BE returned to the Despatch Office Address:

Unit 1, Newporte Business Park, Cardinal Close, Bishops Road, Lincoln LN2 4SY.

Goods Returned to P.O. Box 6188 will not be accepted.
